Boston Pet Photography ~ Last Hope K9 Rescue Adoption Event Needham

What a day! Photographed the recent Last Hope K9’s big monthly Adoption Event at The Village Club in Needham Heights, MA. I normally shoot the smaller weekend events with 3-8 dogs and have time to spend with each one. This past Sunday there were 54 dogs (!!!) and 70 volunteers (!!!) each playing their role in helping these dogs find their furever homes. The final tally for the day was 33 getting adopted and 55 getting microchipped. What a team effort. And all volunteer. Truly remarkable. I was obviously unable to photograph every dog but focused on capturing the event itself and as many individuals that I could along the way.
