Newburyport Portrait Photographer ~ Celebrating 25 Years

I first met Ann and Steve during KLP’s Open Studios for Newburyport ArtWalk in May. They brought their adorable rescue dog Luna along that day whom I immediately fell in love with and they talked about booking a portrait session with her as they spent the afternoon with me sipping wine and enjoying the day. Sadly, in July at the age of 14, Luna passed away and we never got those Family photographs with them all together. Ann sent me an email to let me know but said they still would love to do a session as they are getting ready to celebrate their 25th Wedding Anniversary. Although we were heartbroken that little Luna wouldn’t be a part of it, I was really looking forward to their Fall session. We chose the beautiful backdrop of Endicott Park which really shines this time of year. And we really could not have had more fun on this shoot telling everyone we were shooting their Engagement Pics. How lucky I am to have such lovely clients who ultimately become friends. Here’s a few highlights from the day. Warning: You may want to grab a tissue. These are pretty sweet portraits of the one of the cutest couples I’ve ever met.

Kind words from their follow up email booking their Viewing Session:

“A wonderful afternoon with you. Steve and I thought you were so much fun to be with. And you have a great laugh. We can’t wait to see your great photos!  No wonder you are so successful with all your talents!”
