Rescue Dog Portrait Photography ~ Last Hope K9 Boston

Another action-packed, bark-filled afternoon over at Just Dogs Newburyport where Last Hope K9 Rescue had one of their adoption events today. I can’t say enough about this all volunteer rescue organization. Such love and dedication. It’s always so great to see everyone and also meet the new volunteers each time too. Today there were three dogs at the Meet and Greet. And as usual, I fell in love with every one. Seriously. It is so hard not to be completely smitten with them and want to scoop them up yourself. Someday I’ll be able to rescue one but in the meantime meet Chico, Ginger Ale and Fluff. Lots of interest in the first two and an awesome couple put a deposit down on Fluff so it was a good day out it seems. If you are interested in Chico or Ginger Ale (or any of the other dogs up for adoption at LHK9) go to their website to get an application in the works! In this blog, I’ve included not only the Dog Portraits and volunteers but also a couple of Fluff’s Foster Family and her new one too.

UPDATE APRIL 27th ALL DOGS HERE HAVE BEEN ADOPTED!

First up is Chico. I kind of went a little overboard with his photo shoot. But how could I not. What a sweet little nugget. And those flappy little ears in wind. Too much.

And here’s Ginger Ale. What a beauty. So sweet and well behaved. Just a love.

Lastly here’s Fluff. Only a couple of portraits because, well, she’s found her new forever home. Yay Fluff!
